This simple steak rub is a staple here at Rangeland Premium Steaks. The rub bring salt, smoke, and flavour enhancers of onion & garlic compliment the slightly sweeter undertones of bison meat.
Ingredients
- Bison Steak(s) of your choice
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Directions:
- Marinate your steaks overnight in Worcestershire sauce
- Heat your grill
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Apply your Rangeland Rub on all sides of the steak. As much or as little as you would like on your steaks.
