Ingredients:
1 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Brown Sugar
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp. chopped Parsley
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Paprika
1tsp. Chili powder
1tsp. Cayenne or (ground black pepper)
Pinch Kosher salt
1/8tsp of liquid smoke (be careful not to add to much)
2tbsp. Molasses
Directions:
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat then add minced garlic.
Sautee for 2 minutes
Add remaining ingredients, stir and cook for 3 minutes
Reduce to low and simmer for 15 minutes until thickened
